ตอนโหลดแอพมายืนยันตัวตนง่ายมากใช้เวลาไม่นาน ก็สามารถโอนเงินเข้าแอพได้ แต่พอจะโอนเงินออกเพื่อจ่ายสรุปโอนออกไม่ได้ ต้องยืนยันตัวตนใหม่ ใช้เวลาหลายวันก็ยังยืนยันตัวตนไม่เสร็จสักที เงินก็ใช้ไม่ได้โอนเงินเข้าได้แต่โอนกว่าจะโอนออกได้ ถ้าจะดูดเงินเข้าได้ก็ควรโอนออกได้ไวเหมือนโอนเข้า ทำแบบนี้เหมือนโดนโกงเงินเลย 3วันแล้วยังใช้เงินที่โอนไม่ได้เลย ขั้นตอนยืนยันตัวตนซ้ำไปซ้ำมาไม่ผ่านสักที แต่ตอนสมัครทำง่ายโอนง่าย พอได้เงินเข้าแอพกลายเป็นใช้เงินในแอพไม่ได้ซะงั้น งง
